1. Program Name & Description
Program Name: Ben Jackson Foundation SMS Notifications
The Ben Jackson Foundation operates a non-profit SMS notification program to communicate with applicants, award recipients, and supporters of BJF’s Ticket Home Award program. Message types include application status updates, award notifications, program announcements, and responses to inbound inquiries.
2. Eligibility & Opt-In
By opting in to receive text messages from BJF — whether by completing an application form, texting a keyword, or checking a consent box on a digital form — you agree to receive SMS messages from the Ben Jackson Foundation. You must be 18 years of age or older, or have obtained parental/guardian consent, and must be a resident of the United States.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. The Ben Jackson Foundation does not charge any additional fee for participating in this program. Please check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure about applicable rates.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately 4 messages per month depending on your application status or program activity. You will only receive messages that are relevant to your relationship with the Ben Jackson Foundation.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the BJF SMS program at any time.
To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message from BJF. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.
To receive help, reply HELP to any message from BJF. You will receive a response with program information and support contact details.

BJF’s SMS program is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all plans or devices. If you experience issues receiving messages, please contact your carrier or BJF support.

Your privacy is important to us. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please review our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS data with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Program Availability
The Ben Jackson Foundation reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the SMS program at any time with or without notice. In the event of program termination, enrolled users will receive a final notification message.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The current version will always be available at benjacksonfoundation.org.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
